Product Designer, IT Tech, Problem Solver
I believe my unique combination of IT skills and customer centric experience with my can do attitude, organizational skills, humble nature, and sense of humor is precisely what you’re looking for in a Information Technology Specialist.
I have a Social Work degree from UNLV, I’ve built buildings from the ground up in four countries with the USAF, managed multiple systems and applications for Nevada State College while providing a high level of customer service to faculty and staff, and designed, supervised, programmed, and fabricated millions of dollars in trade show environments at CES, SEMA, AAPEX, SHOT Show, and countless others.
I’ve been using Windows since it was on a 3.5” drive, and even when not working in the IT sector have routinely been the go-to person for IT needs great and small. I can rapidly pick-up on new features and processes and I can make suggestions as enthusiastically as I can take guidance.
Possibly most importantly, I get it; not just deadlines, customer expectations, efficient use of time and resources, but innovation and the development of new processes and approaches to improve response time and customer satisfaction. My IT experience spans a broad range and I’m always in search of ways to expand my knowledge and apply it to my workplace.
