Managed a global $100M asset supply chain for the Sports & Olympics division of this American multinational media conglomerate; including the negotiation of enterprise-wide contracts, oversight of equipment procurement strategy from requirements to delivery, facilitation of capital and P&L sourcing and supplier performance monitoring.
Ø Directed complete equipment sourcing for Sochi 2014, Rio 2016, & 2018 PyeongChang Olympics including broadcast equipment, IT hardware and software; including RFP, bidding, negotiation, award, implementation.
Ø Identified cost savings opportunities via data research and analysis leading to a $150K recovery on lost shipping including an additional 90% cost savings due to strategic vendor negotiation proficiency.
