Grants Administration:

·       Experience with pre- and post- award federal grants management, including document aggregation (biographical sketches, collaborator sheets, budget development, budget justifications, allowable expenses, etc.)

·       Very familiar with National Science Foundation proposal guidelines and materials


·       Create annual operating budget, and justification for additional funds for annual budget hearings within the nonprofit environment

·       Set up policies and procedures for ensuring projects are on budget and being tracked accordingly

·       Reconcile and track expenses monthly

CSR Data Analysis

·       Researched greenhouse gas reduction and renewable energy targets for Fortune 500 companies and assembled a database of prospective clients for emissions management firm


·       Within ninety days of hire, led a transformation initiative for departmental reporting structures

·       Within 8 months, oversaw growth of software engineer team by 100% with an average time-to-hire of 40 days

·       Recipient of MIT School of Science SPOT award for going above and beyond within the first ninety days in position
